A career across the luxury market
Sharon has developed and directed marketing and sales platforms for luxury developers and builders. Her experience includes work with LVMH and Bvlgari in Palm Beach, Florida. She brings a relationship-driven approach to connecting discerning buyers with distinctive properties while preserving the character of each brand.
Domestic experience, international relationships
Sharon combines direct experience in U.S. luxury residential and waterfront development with long-standing relationships with private high-net-worth clients around the world. That combination informs how she positions a property for domestic buyers and presents its lifestyle to an international audience.
Marketing and sales leadership in New England
Sharon served as head of marketing and sales for Surfside Narragansett in Narragansett, Rhode Island, and The Bay Club at Mattapoisett in Massachusetts. These projects add coastal condominium development and private golf-community experience to her U.S. career, alongside her wider luxury residential, waterfront and hospitality background.
Additional project experience includes Wickford Point, a coastal residential community overlooking Narragansett Bay and Wickford Harbor, and Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, an oceanfront resort and residential destination on Singer Island in Palm Beach County. Together, these settings extend her experience across New England coastal communities and South Florida resort living.
A major turnaround: Sconset Landing
At Sconset Landing in Hanover, Massachusetts, Sharon led a major residential development turnaround. This assignment is a significant part of her career, adding hands-on turnaround experience to her background in new development, coastal communities, private clubs and resort residences.
The De Savary Collection
Responsible for North America, the Caribbean and Europe, Sharon led branding and sales for an international portfolio of private clubs and resort destinations. Her professional experience includes:

This work shaped her understanding of the elements that distinguish a successful destination: an exceptional setting, privacy, a strong membership culture, personal service and a thoughtfully conceived residential experience.
Gilbane Development Company
As Director of Marketing and Sales for waterfront developments at Gilbane Development Company, Sharon led absorption and pricing strategies across multiple coastal developments. The role combined strategic positioning with the practical demands of bringing residences to market.
An international foundation
Earlier in her career, Sharon lived in Paris and worked at Roland Garros, directing international tennis tournaments associated with the French Open. That experience contributed to her international perspective and understanding of refined client service.
Today, Landmark Prime Estates brings her experience in luxury residential development, hospitality and private clubs to owners and developers preparing to launch, strengthen or reposition their projects.
